One thing many are unaware of is that Bruce published a companion essay. Whereas the "Chinese Gung Fu" book sold for $5.00, the essay sold for $2.00.
The first version was published in 1963 and is 11 pages including the cover in an 8.5" x 11" size. It is held together by two staples at the top. The cover is a more yellowish color than the beige of the actual book. The essay includes basically the same photos and diagrams as the poster just presented in a different, very abridged format. See the scans below.
A different, updated version was published in 1966. This version is 15 pages including the cover in an 8.5" x 11" size. It is also held together by two staples at the top. The essay includes no photos (photo credit: Jeff Chinn).

A final version was published in 1967. This version is smaller than 8.5" x 11" and has two stapes in the spine rather than at the top. It consists of only 13 pages and includes no pictures. The back page of the essay has an ad for Bruce's book "Chinese Gung Fu: The Philosophical Art of Self-Defense". (photo credit: Jeff Chinn).
